Chef Carlo's staff is highly trained restaurant professionals whom have over 15 years
experience in the hospitality industry, most of whom work in his restaurants.
Some of the staff are also restaurant chefs, Sommeliers and Managers in their day jobs.
                            Style of service

Fine dining: Plated meals served by waiters
French service: Culinary preparations brought to the table on small platters and platted table side for the ultimate service experience. 
Buffet: Attended by wait staff
Foods Stations: Attended by chef’s preparing cuisine to order.
Family style: Platters placed in the center of your tables.  
                            Beverage Service
Chef Carlo is an award winning Mixologist and Sommelier and the Beverage Service always complements the cuisine that we serve. We provide a full Bar for your event. We have many different beverage packages available and can create personalized signature cocktails or  a Martini Bar for your event. 
Generally, we price Alcoholic Beverages based on consumption and pricing can vary with event size and type.  
We also do set price beverage packages on a per person basis.
                        Event Planning And Coordinating
We provide event planning such as food, beverage, rentals, and staffing (MaitreD's, waitstaff, bartenders and chefs). 
We provide complete event planning services such as, Wedding & Day of coordinators, A/V equipment, photographers, DJ's, Muscians, etc. 
We have working relationships with the best wedding coordinators and destination planners in wine country. Our purveyors list features some of the finest florist, musicians, photographers, and videographers, in the Bay area.  If we are not on a preferred catering list for your Event site, don't worry you can still use us.  In 25 years, we have never been turned down by a Winery or Event site, just let us make the call to your event site!

Our catering proposals are very clear, we have no hidden costs
With over 20 years of experience we provide a complete cost breakdown to keep you within your events budget. 
Nothing is added unless you choose to include it, such as extra menu items, rentals and services.
