-For JP Morgan Chase's annual CEO retreat in Napa Valley, Chef Carlo  taught 25 Fortune 500 CEO's how to make wood oven Pizza & handmade Pastas.

-For the Board of Directors of Kitchen aid, Chef Carlo set up an Iron Chef team cooking class & Culinary scavenger hunt throughout Napa Valley.

As the former Corporate Executive Chef for Giorgio Armani & Louis Vuitton Chef Carlo understands the importance of optics and unparalleled service with regards to corporate events.  He works hand in hand with top wine country destinations and event partners for a seamless professional event experience.  We can organize and execute any type of Corporate, Non-profit or Private event.  

We can even host your event at our restaurant Bistecca & Vino Whiskey Bar & Grille in the Historic Sonoma Creamery Building on the Sonoma Square. The entire restaurant can be bought out and can seat up to 180 guests. Additionally, we have several Private rooms that can be configured to seat 20, 40, 50, 60, and 80 guests. Our entire Bar and cocktail area, can seat 50 guests comfortably.

The restaurant is also available as a private nightclub from 10:00-1:30AM for your after reception party. We offer Music packages (DJ or Live bands), beverage packages and late night food packages.

Venue recommendations are provided free of charge whether you choose to use or not. We also help you coordinate all your vendors as part of our service.
