Chef Carlo Cavallo Catering prides itself in unrivaled personal service for all your wedding planning needs. Whether the wedding celebration is classic, contemporary, casual or formal, let us help you with everything needed to express your unique style. 


Unlike many catering companies, you will be interviewed by Executive Chef Carlo Cavallo himself who will custom create your highly personalized menu.  He does this based on your overall budget, your wedding style, your favorite foods, and the seasonality of ingredients.   


One wedding per day is Carlo's philosophy. Executive Chef Carlo Cavallo will personally be on site in the kitchen preparing your food at your wedding. Our Director of Catering Rosemary Jean will be in the dining area coordinating the wait staff and bartenders.


Our sole mission is to help you entertain with grace and ease. Your event is always about you and your guests, not us.


From small-intimate affairs to grand multi day extravaganzas we have the experience, knowledge and resources to help you achieve your dream wedding.  We take the time to get to know our couples so your wedding reflects your style, personality, and uniqueness. 


As a hopeless romantic, Chef Carlo Cavallo likes to be intimately involved in the process and can help you with recommending venues, wedding planners, table settings, etc. to achieve the wedding of your dreams. With 25 years catering weddings in Europe and North America Chef Carlo will guide you through the experience of planning your wedding and getting married! Many couples prefer to use us exclusively for their entire wedding weekend celebration. Its a great way to enjoy the planning process and to not have to worry about multiple vendors & sites. Chef Carlo will create distinctly unique menu's for each days event and he can even make your wedding cake!!!!


If we are not on the preferred catering list for your Event site, don't worry you probably can still use us.  In 25 years, we have never been turned down by a winery or wedding site, just be sure to let us make the call to your preferred event site!


Chef Carlo is also an officiant and can perform your ceremony. Many couples enjoy having the personal touch of of this unique service.

Private Dining and Banquet Events at Restaurant

The entire restaurant can be bought out and can seat up to 180 guests. 
Additionally, we have several Private rooms that can be configured to seat 20, 40, 50, 60, and 80 guests.  Our entire Bar and cocktail area, can seat 50 guests comfortably.  

The restaurant is also available as a private nightclub from 10:00-1:30AM for your after reception party.  We offer Music packages (DJ or Live bands),  beverage packages and late night food packages.  

The restaurant is already set with widescreen TV’s that can play your videos, slide shows, and a sound system with wireless microphone for your speeches.
