Award winning Chef Carlo Cavallo has over 25 years of catering experience in Europe and North America.  He has done sit down dinner galas for up 2500 at a time, Embassy State Dinners, private celebrity dinners, grand signature weddings, corporate parties, and team building cooking classes. 


Chef Carlo Cavallo often travels overseas for weddings and corporate events in remote areas of world, he enthusiastically welcomes new challenges and experiences. 

Many Napa & Sonoma wineries entrust Chef Carlo for Wine Distributor and VIP dinners, wine club dinners, winemaker dinners, food & wine pairings for tasting rooms, cooking classes, cooking demos using winery branded product lines, Vineyard Lunches and Harvest staff meals.
