Locally grown ingredients and artisan produced organic foods are what brought Chef Carlo to the Wine Country 15 years ago. His cuisine is a reflection of this great culinary region.

He strive's to only use seasonal organic and sustainable ingredients from local fisherman, farmers, ranchers and cheesemakers, many of who are his close friends. 

 

Unlike many catering companies that have multiple events in a day and mass produce their food in industrial kitchens or buy premade, precut processed products.   Everything we serve at your event is made by hand in our restaurant kitchen specifically for your event.
