Carlo served a 4 year term on the Board of Directors of the Sonoma Valley Vintners and Growers and was its Culinary Director for events such as the Sonoma Wine Auction and Wine Country weekend .  He is a sommelier, grape grower and has made award wining wines alongside some of the best in the business.
